Returns & Refunds

Every mr.101 piece is made especially for you when you order it. Because your item is made specifically for you, we generally aren't able to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size or color.

But if we messed something up, we've got you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We may ask for a photo of the item so we can document the problem with our production partner.

Please take a moment to check the size guide and confirm your color, size, and shipping information before placing your order. Since each piece enters production specifically for you, orders may not be changeable or cancelable after checkout.
